A little explanation

I started photographing when I was studying Art school St-Lucas in Gent. Painting was my study. It gave me an education in thinking and in seeing. Together with the people I learned to know then and with the courses I followed then, photography introduced itself. I started with a canon 1000 FN, an analog camera which was very impressive for me at that time. It still is but technology advanced so fast that nowaday cameras (especially objectives) are a lot better than at this time. Anyway, in order to learn and earnexperience it was really good to start with the 1000 FN. I learned to take pictures and to make mistakes, to use film and to choose the good film just by experience. And once I knew the analog film , digital came into life.
